Mr. Stephenson is currently admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee.
About Alex
Davis A. “Alex” Stephenson is a Memphis native who obtained Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Memphis where he graduated with honors (B.A. ’17) and even spent a little time as a walk-on athlete for the University of Memphis Baseball Team. Mr. Stephenson went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law (J.D. ’20) where he participated as an active member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
Mr. Stephenson’s practice primarily focuses on prosecuting civil rights matters and foreclosures. He also has experience with compliance, contracts, debt collection, evictions, family law, and wills/estates matters.
Mr. Stephenson is an avid sports fan and proud supporter of the hometown Memphis Grizzlies. In his free time, he enjoys catching local sports games, trying out new restaurants, and attending live music shows.
