About Rebecca
Rebecca Hutto graduated from Rhodes College in 2017 with a major in Psychology. She then attended law school at the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. During her time in law school she was an extern at Memphis Area Legal Services in the Consumer Unit. She also participated in the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic and worked with patients and their families at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital.
In November of 2020, Mrs. Hutto began working at WCWS as a law clerk, and was hired as a full-time attorney after passing the bar exam in 2021.
Mrs. Hutto is admitted to practice law in the State of Tennessee, The U.S. District Court for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Tennessee.
Mrs. Hutto primarily focuses on civil rights and general litigation. She also dedicates part of her practice to collections.
